Cartinorm®+D3 film-coated tablets are recommended for the maintenance of healthy joints, skeleton and muscle function, especially for overweight people, athletes, people who do continuous standing or heavy physical work, and elderly people.
*Vitamin D contributes to healthy bones and muscles, and promotes the normal absorption of calcium.
Vitamin C stimulates collagen production and thereby supports normal cartilage function and maintains joint and bone health.
Calcium strengthens bones and contributes to normal muscle function.
Manganese supports bone health and the normal growth of connective tissues.
Chromium assists in maintaining normal blood sugar levels.
Glucosamine is a natural component of cartilage. Chondroitin sulfate is one of the main components of cartilage.

Dosage:
For adults, 2 film-coated tablets are recommended in a continuous manner for at least 3 months. Make sure to drink plenty of fluid while you are taking this product (at least 2 liters per day). Tablets should be taken with plenty of fluid, during or after meals. In case of difficulty swallowing, the tablets can be broken into pieces or can be crushed.
